Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, tracking and delivery may also depend on the carrier's systems and procedures.

9. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Jinkly is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information supplied by the customer.

10. Returns and Refunds

Jinkly accepts eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We offer:
